You get one-tap help and replies by email, WhatsApp, Messenger or SMS, a human review of your fine appeal, and help with towed or clamped cars. VIP also adds Price Watch and more spot alerts, advanced filters and more AI help.
VIP members also get help when their car is towed or clamped. Like driver roadside clubs, waiting periods apply. VIP is not insurance.
